​Arrival Ready: All participants must arrive photo-ready, as our facilities do not permit guests to use bathrooms for preparations.

Booking & Payment: Full payment is required upon booking to secure your session. Any additional hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

Timing & Setup: Your booking includes the agreed-upon hours only. Setup and breakdown time must be included within your booked hours.

Property Respect: We ask all guests to respect the property and its features. Any damage to the venue or grounds will result in additional fees.

Weather Policy: Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. In case of extreme weather, rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability.

Noise & Disturbance: For the comfort of others on-site, please maintain noise at a reasonable level. Loud music or amplified sound is not permitted.

Clean-Up: Please leave all areas as they were found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required after your shoot.

Permits & Permissions: It is the photographer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or permissions required for the shoot, including public or special permits if nearby areas are impacted.

Drone Usage: For aerial shots, photographers are permitted to use drones; however, a valid drone license is required.

Insurance: Photographers must carry appropriate liability insurance, and you may require a certificate of insurance if the shoot involves complex equipment or high-value assets.

Guest Limits: To maintain the quality of experience, please adhere to a maximum guest count (5 guests). Exceeding the guest limit may result in additional fees or termination of the booking. Please reach out for approval if your guest count exceeds our limit.

Prohibited Activities: Activities such as open flames, smoke machines, and the use of certain props may be restricted on the property. Please confirm with us prior to booking.

Refunds & Cancellations:

No Refunds:
All payments made for photoshoot bookings are non-refundable. Once the full payment is received, the booking is confirmed, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. -
Postponement Policy:
If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, we understand that life happens. Postponements are allowed with a minimum of [7] days' notice prior to the scheduled shoot date. A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the circumstances. -
Rescheduling due to photographer’s unavailability:
If for any reason your photography business needs to reschedule or cancel the photoshoot (e.g., emergency, illness), we will offer you the earliest available date.
