A wedding at The Merribee is about much more than just one day. It's about creating a dream where you get to enjoy the celebration for 3 days and 2 nights and soak up every minute of the most incredible celebration of love. It's about the lead up and the perfect planning and team, it's about that day you arrive to check in and the excitement of the first night fever with your closest crew, and of course it is most definitely about the big day, the I DO and the best party of your life for your wedding reception. The Merribee wedding package includes all of these moments and so much more.

We do all we can to create a unique and loved up wonderland that belongs to you and your guests for your chosen few days. It could look something like this...

Welcome Hampers

We put a cute welcome hamper in each house, with a note from you welcoming your guests.

Welcome Night

You might want to Start the celebrations with a welcome night by the Silo or in the MayWild House beside the Lavender Paddock. We offer amazing options such as a Pizza Night, Taco Station, Bougie Burger Bar or Mediterranean Mezze.

Morning Yoga

We hold two private yoga classes for you on 2 mornings before the wedding, enjoy on your own, with your closest tribe or invite the whole wedding party to get their zen on before the party starts.

Getting Ready

You and your guests can relax and get ready as you are already at the venue and can hold the ceremony right here. We will deliver gourmet breakfast baskets and beverages to your villas to keep you refreshed and energized.

The Ceremony Spaces

There are endless options to hold your ceremony either indoor or outdoor The MayWild House, The Lavender Paddock, The Secret Garden, The Rose Garden, and an abundance of other areas, with over 30 garden spaces on our property. We provide chairs and perfect gardens for the ceremony.

The Cocktail Hour

After the ceremony, enjoy "cocktail hour" as the sun sets, while you get your photos and before the reception starts.

We can roam canapés, setup a grazing table or whatever else you have in mind - the choice is yours!

The Photo Opportunities

There are many incredible photo ops right here at The Merribee, you will be able to get the most incredible photo session without having to go anywhere.

The Reception

And now its time to PARTY! Do it your own way in our under our stunning Crepe Myrtles, or along George Street, or in The Barn, with the wedding verandah and on to the outdoor dance floor under the fairy lights. We can seat up to 120 guests.

The Recovery Breakfast

The next morning, invite all your guests back to the property to enjoy a recovery champagne breakfast - we do everything, you just show up sparkling and in love.

The Fun Add Ons

Your wedding at The Merribee includes so many fun inclusions like a photobooth, fairy floss cocktail station (yes, thats a thing - we made it a thing), gelato affogato bike, sparkling tower and so much more! All included for no extra charge. That's right, we are your full service, extra, five star, luxury venue!
